Maple stir-fry spatula

This spatula is made of maple and is great for stir-fry, as well as sautéing, or serving rice. The curved, hooked end makes it perfect for the wok and nice for dishing the food out. It measures approximately 11 in. long and 2 3/4 in. wide. Finished with a food safe oil.

For care, wash by hand, wipe dry, and oil on occasion with a food safe oil, such as mineral oil, coconut oil, or oils available for butcher blocks and utensils.

All of my pieces are made from wood, salvaged, primarily from cabinet and furniture builders.
